A. Trainings requirements will be discussed together and then training materials will be developped by using your terminology, your SOPs etc.

B. The consultancy project will be divided in 2 parts:

1.       A ½ or 1-day observational phase during which I will follow you in your daily routine. On top, some interviews can be organised to further define your needs. From here, I will identify the main improvement opportunities and those procedures that would need to  be reviewed or created.

2.       We will align on where to focus to give the best answer to your need. I will provide specific operational guidance, review your tools, assist in the review or creation of procedures and processes, etc. I will act as your Clinical Operation coach!
