Throughout my career, I noticed that study site and sponsor staff are often missing training, guidance and support while the volume of regulation requirements keep increasing. Being trained on GCP is not enough to be compliant. Hospitals often miss budget to get the same IT tools used by pharmaceutical companies. But site staff are motivated people with a lot of talents!
